Give it Your Best Shot – Phone-o-graphic Arts

The Phone-o-graphic Arts call for entries is looking for photographs taken on camera phones. This call for submissions is open to all photographers. Entries must be made electronically and are due by May 24, 2011. There are some specific requirements for the photo size, so be sure to check those out before entering your photo. Up to three images may be submitted with the entry fee ($20 online, $25 by email). Photos will exhibit what can be captured on the camera phones that we all have come so used to carrying along with us everywhere. Juror’s Choice in this call for entries will receive a vinyl exhibit banner featuring their image. Good luck!!

I am an amateur photographer who enjoys photographing a variety of subjects. There is no certain look to my portfolio. It varies from buildings, to clouds, nature and random objects. If I find something to be interesting, you can bet that I will try to photograph it.
I have been taking photos for as long as I can remember. But, late 2009 is when I started to really act on my passion. I carry a camera with me everywhere I go so that I don’t ever miss an opportunity to capture something amazing.
