Oct 5, 2010 – LensFlare 35 is a photography podcast brought to you by Dave Warner. This week, Dave interviews Action Photographer David Bergman. This is the episode where my podcasting equipment took a lightning strike, and I was unaware that it had affected the audio. The podcast audio was totally scrambled, but I was able to save the images interview. David and I have been unable to reconnect, but I hated to not have his images video get any air time.

David grew up as a “band geek” in Miami and attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. However, he found himself taking pictures of his friend’s bands instead of studying for music theory class. So, after a year of drumming and learning music production, he transferred to the University of Miami where he walked into the school newspaper on a whim and was handed his first assignment. That semester he sold his drums to buy lenses and the rest is history.
