Share Your Behind-the-Scenes Videos
CurrentPhotographer.com was created for photographers of all levels to provide information and resources to assist in growing their skills. A perfect way to learn is by seeing how others work. From the technical setup to the vision behind the lens, this information can be invaluable. Unfortunately, most photographers will never have the opportunity to work with a mentor and thus will need to learn the ropes on their own.
Many of the photographers that I follow on Twitter have posted links to their behind-the-scenes videos, and I have personally learned a lot from watching them. There is always something new to learn regardless of your experience. With access to many knowledgeable photographers on sites such as Twitter, there is a wealth of information and networking possibilities available.
CurrentPhotographer.com would like to become an aggregator of those great behind-the-scenes videos by devoting an entire section of our site to the sharing and promotion of your work. With every video, we’ll create a new blog post with your contact information, links back to your site and a description of the photo shoot. Once we review the video and confirm your information, we’ll get the post up and promote its release to the photo community. With every new video added, it increases the opportunity for your work to be discovered by people who may not have found it otherwise.
If you are interested in this networking opportunity, start by completing the form below. Some fields are required and others are optional. The video will need to be hosted with a service like YouTube or Vimeo that offers embedding as an option. The benefit to this is that you will still control the video and can track the statistics yourself. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via the Contact link at the top of the page.
Thank you, and I look forward to sharing all of your great videos.
Note: The information you provide below will be made public in the blog post. You have the option to make your email address public or keep it private.
