June 16, 2010 – PRESS SUMMARY – Photobucket Corporation announced that its “Photobucket Mobile” application is available now in RIM’s BlackBerry App World. The service puts users’ images at their fingertips, allowing them to interact with their Photobucket albums no matter where they are right from their phone. Users can upload and download photos to and from the site, browse Photobucket’s popular “Find Stuff” content categories, and search through over seven billion images and photos.
“Photobucket Mobile puts a massive amount of content right in the palm of your hand,” said Luke Swanson, VP of Engineering at Photobucket. “We made it extremely simple to upload images from your phone to Photobucket so that you can easily share them with friends and family anywhere, anytime. It’s like having a scrapbook in your pocket with every image you’ve ever taken.”
BlackBerry users can download Photobucket Mobile from BlackBerry App World by searching for “Photobucket”. The application is also available in the Android Market and the App Store for iPhone and iPad. For more information, please visit http://photobucket.com/mobile.
