Jan 9, 2010 – Professional photographers using the Canon 1D Mark IV,
5D Mark II and the 7D now have some great new wireless connectivity options. Their new Wireless File Transmitters will allow you to couple and
fire up to 10 camera’s at the same time, geotag images with a hard-wired or Bluetooth-connected GPS device and FTP images in real-time to a computer for instant viewing from across the room or across the world. Wireless Transmitter units are now available for the 5D Mark II and 7D for $699.99 and the
1D Mark IV unit is scheduled to be available in the first quarter of 2010, price to be determined.
